Yes. Dogs? Absolutely. People in general? Her favorite thing ever.<br/><br/>Ashara came to us when her previous owner could no longer give her the time she deserved. She also arrived heartworm positive, but this resilient girl has successfully completed treatment and is now healthy, healed, and ready to start the next chapter of her life in a forever home.<br/><br/>She walks well on a leash, does great in a crate overnight, and is learning the ropes with potty training. She’ll need a patient and understanding adopter who can continue helping her succeed with consistency and encouragement. Ashara prefers wet food over dry (and makes that opinion very clear 😄), and she’s already starting to gain weight and feeling her best again.<br/><br/>One look at her adorable little underbite and you’ll be smitten—but it’s her love of snuggling with her person that truly seals the deal. Ashara is affectionate, joyful, and ready to give her whole heart to a family who will love her right back.<br/><br/>Ashara will come with a collar, leash, toy, two food bowls, some food, and a copy of all her medical and microchip information. Her tax-deductible adoption fee is $450, which includes her spay, all vaccines, heartworm test and treatment, and microchip.
