Ash

Ash is big and beautiful; he is an amazing 6-year-old Blue male Pitbull weighing in at approx. 90+lbs. Ash is the definition of a gentle giant! He gets along with everyone; human and dog alike, he has many doggie friends, but he is not much of a player. He lives with four other dogs and does great with them, but hes more of a hang and vibe kind of guy than a backyard wrestler. Chill is the name of the game! Like super chill.... Ash prefers to watch the crazy play from the sidelines and not be involved. <br/>He is amazing with the felines and co exists with many cats in his foster home including 1 disabled cat whom Ash is extremely kind to! <br/>Toys do not seem to be Ashs jam, he seems to have zero interest in them, the way to Ashs heart is with doggie ice cream and fresh bones from the butcher! <br/>Ash loves the sun and you will catch him laying legs up in the air in the sun on even the hottest of days.<br/>Ash enjoys car rides and is the perfect passenger! He loves to go on walks and walks beautifully on a leash, but if you are looking for a jogging partner Ash is not the guy for you. Hes kind of like a semi; he must shift through several gears before he gets up to a good rate of speed...again he is a big guy! He seems to enjoy walks that are not too far or too often. He enjoys a 30-45 min walk every other day, or possibly an even shorter walk every day. Ash has some skin/allergy issues that the rescue is working with the veterinary clinic to sort out. He is currently on an allergy medication that could possibly be required for his entire life. Ash is 100% trustworthy in the house by himself, he never destroys anything, he is fully house and crate trained. Ash is neutered and UTD on all vaccinations.
