Ash

This beautiful young male collie fusion came to Southland Collie Rescue as a stray from the high desert. Looks like his mom was a purebred collie and dad a loveable mutt! He is estimated to be no older than 18 months, neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is currently being fostered with a loving, professional trainer. <br/><br/>Ash is still very much a young dog; therefore needs to find a forever family that is committed to continuing Ash’s training. He is an affectionate, playful boy that gets along great with other dogs. Ash’s energy and strength will require an adopter that is able to keep control of him on leash. He appears to do ok with cats but not fully tested. He does have a tendency to jump on you, so would do better in a home without young children.
