Arwen is a gentle, sweet-natured girl with a soft spirit and a heart full of potential. When she first arrived, she was very timid and shut down, unsure of the world around her. Thanks to the care and comfort of her foster home, Arwen has already made wonderful progress.<br/><br/> She's slowly beginning to come out of her shell and build confidence, showing more of her true personality each day. While she still has a shy side, Arwen is learning to trust and just needs a patient, understanding person to help her continue that journey.
