Artie's Story

Artie is a sweet, well-mannered guy. He loves going for walks and cuddling with his people. He makes a great office pal and has been good at occupying himself with toys and food-dispensing enrichments. Once Artie gets settled, he becomes an energetic and playful dog. He loves toys and he has enjoyed playing with other dogs at the shelter and in his previous home. Artie might be too much for a shy or reserved dog. We think Artie would be happiest with a family who has plenty of time to spend with him and can keep him active. His foster mom says that he is potty trained and a wonderful gentleman in the home. He is not destructive and can be left alone with free roam of the house. Artie did spend some time in a foster home with cats. He was curious about the cats and could be managed with them. Please call 253-249-7849 or email frontdesk@auburnvalleyhs.org to schedule an appointment to meet him.
