Artemis

Artemis and her siblings come to us as a rescue partner transfer. They were saved from dire conditions, unwanted, starved on a rural ranch. Luckily, they were taken into rescue as puppies and provided medical rehab to overcome their rough start in life. They've been in foster care in Sonoma County for two weeks and have been pampered with healthy food, treats, love, training, and socialization exposure to other animals and children. <br/><br/>Artemis is a very smart girl, with energy and playfulness but also balances that with tender cuddles and snoozes. She loves to play and wrestle but she also likes to lay at your feet and dream. Like her sister Athena, Artemis seems very easy to train.<br/><br/>Artemis is in foster care with a very small breed dog and adores him. She kisses him all day long. She also does excellent with children. However, due to the size of the parents and siblings, we will only be homing these large breed pups in homes with children over age 5. Large breed prior experience is also a plus. <br/><br/>These puppies will be LARGE BREED adults. The will require training and committment. We want FOREVER families for these dogs, so we will be very selective in the adoption process. Fill out a complete application with all required information and home/yard photos as well as photo ID and copy of current utility bill with matching applicant address. Following instructions shows us you are committed. <br/><br/>2. You MUST have a yard. <br/><br/>3. Prior large breed experience preferred.
