Despite the pain he’s endured, his tail never stops wagging, and his high-energy "terrier" personality is already making a comeback.<br/><br/>This brave boy is a true fighter, but he now needs a patient home to guide him through the remainder of his recovery. Arnold is looking for a family that can provide a safe space for him to heal while he regains his strength.
