Arnie's Story
Arnie is in a foster home in San Antonio and he can travel to a foster or adopter in the PNW. Arnie is a great size at 15 pounds and is estimated to be 18 months,

Arnie is seeking a forever family to provide him with a loving home. This sweet Chiweenie was initially accompanied by his brother Archie, who has since been adopted, and both dogs were found as strays with no known previous owners.
Arnie has shown excellent social skills with both dogs and cats, but he has a strong preference for female companionship and may become nervous around males. Therefore, it is crucial that his adoptive family includes a female member. Arnie has demonstrated good house manners, and although he can be shy, he forms strong bonds with his chosen person. He requires a family who can provide him with consistent companionship, either by working from home or taking him along on outings.

Arnie does not appreciate being left alone at home and has a dislike for crate time, so it is recommended that crate use be limited. He currently sleeps in bed with his foster family, and it is hoped that he will experience similar comfort in his forever home.

Arnie is often described as a Velcro dog due to his affectionate nature. He is his foster Mom’s constant shadow. He has demonstrated excellent behavior while on a leash and does not react to other dogs. Arnie engages in independent play and enjoys the company of dogs, although it is not necessary for his adoptive family to have another dog.

Prospective adopters should be prepared to provide Arnie with the time and patience he needs to adjust to his new home.

Arnie's adoption fee is $600 and includes his transport, vaccinations, neuter and microchip. 100% of the fee goes to his care.

Please contact Carla at carlarelf@mac.com for more information.

https://www.facebook.com/PacosNet
