I absolutely love kids & would love to live on a farm with lots of room to roam! I am used to being an indoor dog & enjoy the safe space my kennel offers. I'm not used to walking on a leash, so I am looking for someone who's willing to spend some time training me. Good news is that I'm very treat motivated, so that should make your job easier! <br/><br/>If you'd like to meet me, be sure to file an application & set up a date, because I can't wait to meet my new family!

Jackson County Animal Protection Society's Adoption Policy
We would love for you to have the option to come hang out and meet your potential furry friend prior to making your decision to adopt. Since we don't have an official shelter building & currently rely on foster homes for all of the animals in our care; adoptable cats often visit at Kind Closet in Jackson, MN. This happens most Saturday's & on special event days. We recommend finding us on Facebook to stay updated. Filing an application is step one of the adoption processes. This tells us about you, your living situation, type of pet you're looking for and gives us personal & professional references. Adoption applications are available in on our Facebook page, via email or you can file one during your visit at Kind Closet. Once we review your references & determine if you & your family is a good fit for adoption, an adoption agreement must be signed & filed before taking your new baby home. If you live over an hour away, we recommend filing an application in advance to ensure enough time is given for us to verify references prior to adoption pickup.
