Arlo's Story

Running on empty? Need a boost? Arlo (male) is here to save the day! He's the last one left of our coffee klatch pups. He previously went by the name Cortado but now that he's in local foster, they decided that the name Arlo fits him better.

Arlo and his littermates were found abandoned underneath a trailer in Texas. We estimate that he was born around July and think he might be a shepherd mix. He currently weighs 23 pounds and we think he might be about 30-45 pounds when fully grown. He has typical puppy energy and he loves to play. He gets along well with other dogs.

Arlo is doing great in his local foster home. He is crate trained, and almost completely housebroken. His foster parents say he is a very smart pup. He's already learned the commands for sit, down and off and he's learning how to leash walk. He can be a bit timid when first meeting new people but with treats and more socialization he is getting better everyday.

- Personality: friendly, playful, affectionate, a bit timid at first but getting better, very smart
- Good with: people of all ages (including kids), and dogs.
