Meet Arizona! She is a spayed female shepherd/heeler mix. She was born in May 2023. Arizona and her sister Georgia love to play together and are good with other dogs as well. They are both high energy and would do well with an active family. They would do best in a home without cats as they really like to chase!

Friends of Faulkner County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

We first read the application to judge the maturity and motivation of the applicant, verify the street address, and check the national "Do Not Adopt" list. If accepted, next we'll conduct an interview over the phone, and then a home visit. If all proves the adopter is fully ready for the cat or dog, then lastly, the fee is collected and the cat/dog can go to the new home.
