**WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF FOSTER HOMES** Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization and all our dogs and puppies are in foster homes - we are not a shelter and do NOT have a facility where we house our dogs. She’s told her foster that she would love to have a family that:<br/><br/>🎾 has a dog sibling that loves to play and is open to occasional over-the-top cuddling<br/>🎾 has an opening for kitchen supervisor/cleanup crew<br/>🎾would appreciate a pretty quiet and well-behaved WFH assistant (though she does well in the crate, just not a full day without breaks)<br/>🎾offers belly rubs and a lap to rest her head on when she requests<br/>🎾 will take her for occasional car rides so she can look out the window and see what the world offers<br/>🎾 will be patient and give her a few days to warm up to them (then she will likely be your shadow)<br/><br/>If you can offer Arista some or all of these and think she would be a good fit, she offers in return adorable head tilts, a B+ progressing to an A in house training, and the endless love of a shy pup that will ultimately choose you to be her favorite people.<br/><br/>Our adoption clinics are held one Saturday a month at our facility in Schenectady on John Street, located directly behind Boulevard Bowl (Erie Boulevard) from 10 am to 12 pm (directions are on our website). We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email invitation to attend an adoption event. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates as we are adopting dogs out in between adoption events. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $395. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
