This handsome guy came back to us after his beloved dad passed away, and now he’s looking for a new forever home where he can share his love (and couch space) once again.<br/><br/>Archie is crate-trained, great with all dogs, and enjoys rough-and-tumble play with his canine buddies. He’s all about “bitey face,” climbing on backs, and engaging in good old-fashioned dog wrestling—but he also knows how to wind down with serious cuddle time. He’s a medium-energy pup: playful when it’s time, and a total snugglebug when it’s not.<br/><br/>Archie has orthostatic tremors, a neurological condition that causes his movements to look a bit shaky or wobbly at times. He gets around just fine, and his daily gabapentin helps ease the tremors and keep him comfortable.<br/><br/>Archie is still learning better leash manners and tends to pull on walks, but with a long line he’ll stay close and be your loyal shadow. He loves car rides, is great for baths and nail trims, and handles vet visits like a champ.<br/><br/>He’s surprisingly quiet for a hound, though he’ll let out an enthusiastic bay when he’s playing or feeling especially happy.<br/><br/>Archie is sweet, goofy, affectionate, and resilient.
