Once we get to know April we will post updates. She currently weighs 58 pounds. April is up to date on her shots. April is a 10-ish year-old female Lab mix that came to the shelter exhausted, in pain and completely over it. Initial vet visits went about as well as dragging Dowager Countess Violet Crawley on a rugged camping trip, but thanks to a wonderful foster, April's health and demeanor have improved. April gets along well with her four canine siblings, is house trained and greets her humans joyfully when they return home. Just be aware that she has veto power over grooming sessions and being asked to move from her chosen throne. If you're ready for a life full of hilarious judgement and love, schedule a meeting with April.<br/>Meeting dogs is by appointment walk-ins accepted but if someone has an appointment priority will be given. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 7/1/26)
