APRIL's Story

April is a sometimes intense Cattledog girl that is ready for a loving, dog-savvy, adult home ready to give her some time to ease into all the changes she is facing. She is very dog friendly and open to learning, but wants to take things slow to feel secure and trust. She is not a fan of going back into a kennel for instance and will be much happier when kenneling is a thing in her past!

She walks beautifully on leash and loves playing fetch. She's generally calm and relaxed in her kennel, no barking! She is truly lovely and is going to be a great steady companion for adventures and activities, no doubt will be great off leash on hikes and out camping, she is bright and can learn many commands. April would love to live ideally in a quiet, more rural home environment with some space and daily activities.
