I can be a little shy when meeting new friends, but I'm generally friendly and warm up with a little patience and reassurance. Once I'm comfortable, one of my favorite things to do is cuddle up close and relax with my favorite humans. I'm also a big fan of stretching out in a good sploot and claiming the comfiest spot in the house!<br/>I do experience anxiety, so it's important that my future family understands my needs and is committed to helping me feel safe and supported. I currently receive daily medication, and my adopters should be prepared to continue working with their veterinarian to help me stay happy and comfortable.<br/>I'm looking for a home where I can be the only dog, allowing me to enjoy a calm environment and all the attention for myself.
