Apple's Story

LOCATED IN FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA. Meet Apple! Apple is a sweet, patient girl with a heart of gold. Estimated to be around 5-6 years old, she has a calm and easygoing personality that makes her a joy to be around. She is incredibly tolerant with other dogs — her foster friend Peaches loves to sit on her, and Apple handles it like a true lady. Apple walks well on a leash without pulling or reacting to other dogs, though she’s still learning not to weave the leash around your legs. At home, she’s an absolute dream - house trained, crates easily, and is well behaved when crated. At night, she loves sleeping in bed with her people and her foster sibling, Fringy. Apple loves toys and enjoys both playtime and quiet companionship. She has not been tested with cats or children. If you’re looking for a gentle, patient, toy-loving companion, Apple may be your perfect match. Apple is current on vaccinations, spayed, and heartworm negative. Adoption fee $400.<br/>If interested in this dog, please go to www.dalmatianrescueco.org and submit an application for adoption. Under Adoptions, please read our adoption policy. We must have an application before we can begin the adoption process.

Our Mission
DRC, a designated 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, is not a shelter. We are a group of volunteers who work with rescued dogs by fostering them in our own homes whenever possible; hence treating them the same as one of our own. We will use a kennel or day care if necessary to save a dog, but that dog will move to a foster ho...
