Apollo's Story

Apollo is a 3-month-old (presumably husky mix) and truly the sweetest little guy there is. He’s fun, spunky, and absolutely full of personality. He loves playing with other dogs, does just fine with cats, and he’s already doing great with potty training too!<br/>He’s currently 34 lbs, so this handsome boy may grow into a BIG pup… and whoever adopts him is going to have one amazing best friend. 🥹<br/>Who’s ready to give Apollo the forever home he deserves? ✨🐶

Catskill Canine Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process begins with a thorough review of both professional and personal references. This is followed by an in-depth interview with the potential adopters. Subsequently, we conduct a comprehensive home visit to assess the suitability of their living environment. If the potential adopters have existing dogs, we arrange a meet-and-greet session between their dog and our dog to ensure compatibility. Upon successful completion of all these steps, the potential adopters may proceed with the adoption of one of our dogs.

At Catskill Canine Rescue, Inc. we are dedicated to rescuing dogs that have been left homeless for whatever reason. We are dedicated to helping dogs in public shelters, where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation.
