Apollo's Story

Apollo was surrendered to the shelter by his owner. After having Apollo for a short time, his owner had significant health issue, which left him being unable to care for Apollo like they both are used to. They would play with Apollo's squeeky toys, and go for nice walks twice a day. This is something that they both looked forward to. Now the walks are not a possibility.
Apollo is 11 months old. He is housetrained. He lived in a home with three Chihuahuas and they all got along great. He is good with children, and enjoys their company. He enjoys going for car rides . Apollo is crate broke, but he prefers sleeping with his owner. He tends to be a cuddler or bedhog whichever you choose as a description for him.
Apollo would be a great addition to your family. Why not come and meet him and see for yourself.
For information about our adoption process, and just how easy it is, you may telephone the Thumb Animal shelter at 989-375-4204 or you may also e-mail us at echelon@airadv.net
We hope to see you soon.

Pictures to follow soon
