Stories like this one are shocking but more & more common all the time... Apollo was found abandoned in a dumpster at roughly 5-6 weeks old. Lucky for him, the story didn’t end there!! This baby has been placed with an amazing rescue foster, getting routine medical care, socialization, and lots of love. He’s doing amazing & ready to start receiving applications for adoption! <br/>We estimate his birthday is around July 6th. He’s been dewormed, received 2 distemper vaccines, and recently went to the vet for rabies + neuter. As best we can tell, he seems like maybe a hound mix based on color, but much smaller like possibly crossed with a small terrier breed. We think his adult weight might be around 30lbs. He’s a happy, well adjusted pup!! Walking nicely on the leash & pretty much potty trained already! He gets along great with other dogs & is young enough to integrate with children.
