Apache's Story

Apache's story started on the rural roads of Catoosa, where this handsome cattle dog/pit mix was spotted dodging cars and fending for himself. Luckily, he was rescued before disaster struck. Now he's looking for the patient, loving human who will help him write the rest of his story.
He's a cautious guy at first—trust isn't something he gives away lightly. But once Apache decides you're in his circle, you've got a loyal best friend for life.
About those “toys”... Apache doesn't just play with balls—he DESTROYS them with unreserved joy. We're pretty sure he's secretly sponsored by Amazon and Chewy, cashing in every time you order replacements. Honestly, the only ball that might survive him is made of steel.
Other things to know about Apache:
He's learning to walk on a leash (emphasis on “learning”).
He's very treat-motivated—especially if hot dogs are involved.
He has a goofy “splooter” pose and a knack for making you laugh.
He might have eaten ice cream once and is not sorry about it and he recreates the perfect ice cream swirl poop.
Apache is still figuring out how to “be a dog,” so he needs someone with patience, a good sense of humor, and maybe a bulk order of chew-proof toys. If that sounds like you, Apache is ready to meet his match.
