Anya's Story
Meet Anya!

Anya is a gentle soul ready to start her new beginning. She joined our rescue after being trapped by HARTT as a stray. She was then transferred to the Arizona Humane Society where she found herself on the E-List for being shy and scared.

At just a year old, Anya has definitely had a rough start to life, but we see so much potential in her.

Anya has spent the last few months learning to trust and how to be a dog. She is slow to warm up to new people but is sweet as can be. Anya has learned how to walk on a leash and continues to build her confidence. She's discovered the fun in playing with her sister, Mona, and playing with toys. Each day she shows more of her personality and how good of a dog she truly is.

Anya needs a calm and patient home as she decompresses. She needs someone who will respect her boundaries and allow her time to build trust. Anya needs a structured, routine-driven home that can help build her confidence and teach her how to dog.
