Meet Anubis!

Don’t let his name fool you! Anubis may sound mighty and mysterious, but this handsome three-year-old boy is really a big, affectionate love-bug who will charm you with his sweet disposition.

Anubis came to us after his original owner, an elderly woman, found herself caring for him when her son’s girlfriend, who had gotten Anubis, left him behind after their relationship ended. He can be an alert barker when someone approaches the house, but once you’re inside, his friendly side shines through. He’s happy to meet people and show off his lovable personality!

At three years old, Anubis is still learning his manners. He’s a big, strong boy who gets excited about the world around him, and that excitement can translate into pulling on the leash. He will need an adopter who is willing to continue working with him on basic obedience, leash manners, and training.

When we first met Anubis, he won us over immediately with his affectionate nature and sweet personality.
