Antonia's Story

What a difference a day makes! Antonia is doing amazing and in just a few short days, she's started showing her silly side. Upon arrival she sniffed every inch of her foster homes yard and had a couple really good naps in the sun. Now she's ready to play with other pups, people and toys and seems to be ready to learn. She sleeps quietly in her crate, is doing very well with potty training and is comfortable on leash. This sweet girl came off of a late night transport pretty unsure of the world, but she's already starting to settle in. Antonia is learning about the good life and loves to nap in the sun on a big cozy bed. Antonio is likely from one of mama Neoma's older litters and a sibling of Jagger, Buns, Blitzen and Bubbler, all of whom have found wonderful, loving homes. One of our shelter partners received 21 large breed dogs in one day from a hoarding situation, they continue to work hard to find options for these pups and thank to some wonderful adoptions recently, we were able to welcome Antonia.

Antonia is a 1 year old Pitty type girl, weighting 39 pounds. She doesn't know much, but is eager to learn and already showing her sweet side.. She will be available after medical clearance.

Applications at:

http://dogwoodanimalrescue.org/adoption-application-dogs/

You can follow us on social media at:

https://.www.instagram.com/dogwoodanimalrescue/
https://.www.facebook.com/.DogwoodAnimalRescue/

Making a difference, one animal at a time.
