Ansley

Ansley’s Story
Courtesy Post only by Denton Humane Society for Denton Animal Shelter

Ansley is a calm and well-mannered 6-year-old German Shepherd mix who has been patiently waiting for a loving home since 7/6/2026. She is fully potty trained and a volunteer favorite thanks to her gentle nature and excellent leash manners—walks with Ansley are always a pleasure. Ansley prefers to be the only dog in the home, but she may do well with the right canine companion after a successful meet and greet, as she can be dog selective. Her extended stay in the shelter highlights her need for an urgent placement where she can thrive as a loyal and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a steady, affectionate friend, Ansley could be the perfect addition to your family.

For Adoption or Foster information, call 940-349-7594 or inquire by emailing animal.services@cityofdenton.com.
