Annie

Annie is affectionate and has lots of love to give but is very distrustful due to her being so mistreated in the past. She needs a family that has lots of patience and love in order to help undo all the trauma she has suffered. Annie gets along well with other dogs (but is best paired with a male dog) as well as children. She also needs to go to a family that has another dog since she does not do well as the only dog. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped as well as potty and crate trained. She is working on her walking on a leash skill and soon will be a pro. Given her young age she should be able to learn your family’s routine rather quickly and become part of the gang in no time once she feels secure and trusts those around her. Annie was abandoned by her owner and was flea ridden and tested positive for Ehrlichia. She is now healthy and flourishing under the loving care of FHSTJ (June 2025). Annie longs for a family that can provide her with the affection and attention she so craves. She deserves a warm and loving home where she can feel cherished as a member of the family!! ‘’Remember, one share can save a life!!’’
