Annie's Story

Consider adopting Annie…please! Do you love big goofy dogs? Like getting body slammed by way of greeting? Do you like going on walks while your dog leads the way? How about challenging your huge puppy with canine puzzles and training? If you answered yes, then you may want to meet one of our favorite girls in rescue, Annie!

Annie is a fun and playful yet cuddly 1 year labrador mix! Mixed with what, you might ask? …We have no clue! She is 65 pounds, so probably no toy poodle mixed in.

Annie is always up for an adventure, even if you aren’t, but that’s ok! When she wants adventure she can play endlessly with a rope toy, even tossing it up and catching it all by herself! Annie is an absolute dog lover, but she gets so excited that at first it can feel like a bit much. Think of her as an excited toddler on their first play day to the park! One thing for sure is that Annie is perfectly fine with cats, totally ignores them. After she has had some playtime she is ready for a long nap in her crate or dog bed (see photo for proof) ;)

While Annie loves playing with other dogs, she doesn’t need a dog sibling. As long as her owners play with her and give her some training to work her intelligent brain she’s happy. She’s also potty trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands!

Annie is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and would love nothing more than to be with her forever family.

If you are interested in learning more about Annie let us know by contact us as www.MaziesMission.Org/adopt
