Meet Annie! This sweet girl is about 10 months old and still very much a puppy. At 38 pounds, she's a great medium size and has plenty of love to give. Annie absolutely loves people, including kids, and is dog and cat friendly. She's a little timid at first, but she's learning to come out of her shell and even learning how to play from her furry friends. She loves a good chew, especially super durable toys, and she's doing great learning to use a dog door. A dog door isn't necessary in her forever home, though! Annie is a sweet, gentle puppy who's ready to find a family to grow up with.

Big Paws of the Ozarks's Adoption Policy

All adopters must fill out an application on our website with all necessary information. From there, our staff will conduct a phone interview and answer any questions regarding the dog or the adoption process. Once approved, a meet and greet is scheduled with the family, dog, and dog's foster family. This is the time where other pets can be introduced. If the meet and greet goes well, we can send the dog in a trial adoption for a few days to make sure it is a perfect fit for everyone. From there the adoption is finalized through payment of the adoption fee and transferring of vet records.
