Annette is a timid little girl who has waited far too long for a home of her own. She was found roaming alone on March 30, 2026. Whoever let her roam, left her here in this scary loud place. <br/><br/>She is making improvements. Day by day she gets a little braver. They are offering to cover the costs of the first round of training to any dog adopted from the pound.
