Her approximate DOB is 2/2025. She is lovely to look at, and whenever someone pets her, we hear nothing but "ooohs" and "aaahhhs."<br/><br/>Annabelle arrived at FOPAS following many changes in her life. She was TERRIFIED. Thanks to the TLC of our volunteers, our girl soon blossomed into a curious, friendly, active companion. She then went into foster care, and when they could no longer keep her, she returned to the shelter. Before she returned to the shelter, the foster family learned:<br/><br/>"Annabelle loves fetch, chase, snuggling, and getting massages and belly rubs. She also:<br/> * sits for her food/water to be served;<br/> * knows "sit" and is working well on "off" and "drop it";<br/> * is housebroken;<br/> * sleeps overnight in her kennel/settles quickly;<br/> * loves to go for walks, still pulls, but she is improving."<br/><br/>A true people-lover, our girl isn't cut out for life at a shelter. Our volunteers are working with her to keep her happy--long walks, pool time, yard play with her canine companion, etc.-- but what she needs, and deserves, is a forever family.<br/><br/>Annabelle is playful with most other dogs. A Meet & Greet is required for other dogs in the home. Due to her strength and joyful nature, we recommend a home without small children. <br/><br/>Our girl is eager to be your loyal companion. The fact is, Annabelle has a bit of FOMO. She craves human interaction and is eager to join in whatever her people are doing. That said, she also calmly settles in her crate with a Benebone Bacon-Flavor Wishbone Chew (her personal favorite). <br/><br/>Give yourself the gift of unconditional love by adopting gorgeous and sweet Annabelle.
