Anna's Story

Meet Anna!

Anna has been at the shelter since June 21, 2025. She is a 2-year-old female with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's a smart, active girl who loves to learn and is highly treat-motivated, which makes training with her a lot of fun. Anna has already been working on her training, especially around impulse control, and she's doing great. She's a quick learner who enjoys having a job to do and engaging with her people.

Anna walks very nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for walks and adventures. While she has a playful and energetic side, she also appreciates downtime and is happy to relax and hang out with her people after she's had some activity.

When it comes to other dogs, Anna can be a bit rude and pushy in her interactions. Because of this, if she goes to a home with another dog, it should be a prosocial, confident, and tolerant dog who won't be bothered by her bold personality and can give her the space she needs.

Anna is looking for a home that will continue working with her training, provide her with structure, and appreciate her smart, spirited nature. In the right home, Anna will be a loyal, fun, and loving companion.

All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
