This little spotted darling probably weighs around 15 pounds when not hugely pregnant and she's missing most of her hair and has terrible skin, probably mange. Because there are so many puppies already born and breathing and waiting without hope with nowhere to go, we spay/about whenever we can, even when they appear far along. We are in a devastating overpopulation crisis and there are truly far too many animals and not enough homes already. But with her skin as bad as it is, they won't want to make an incision to spay, even if we could get an appointment in time. She's in terrible shape and has no business having pups, but we just to weigh the risks and keep her as comfortable as possible. She's a timid little thing, but easy to handle and already starting to feel safe. She loves her super soft heated bed and her yummy meals, and even a little cuddle now that she feels safe. <br/><br/>Anna will be available when her pups are 8 weeks old and after spay.
