Anna's Story

If you're looking for a playful companion who is also thrilled to settle in and snuggle in the evenings then Anna might be the perfect addition to your family! Anna's a playful 7-month-old pup who is looking for her furever home. She does great with other dogs and is currently in a foster home with three canine siblings of varying ages. Anna does very well with all three but especially adores playing chase and wrestling with her Husky foster brother. Anna loves to chew on toys, and does well with leaving non-toys alone. Anna gets nervous in new situations and unfamiliar places, but with patient encouragement and support she comes out of her shell quickly to explore and socialize. Anna knows sit, is mastering recall and stay, and is kennel trained. Anna goes right into her kennel when asked and settles down well. She is still working on learning housetraining but is very clever, and needs a patient, consistent routine to continue to work on this skill. If you are ready for a new best friend, Anna is ready for you! Anna will come with age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, microchipped and up to date on heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $250. 1. Fill out application 2. Meet and greet scheduled once approved. 3. If the meet and greet goes well, you may possibly be able to adopt at that time. 4. Home check require before animal moving in Once your application has been approved, we will pass your information to the foster family to schedule a meet & greet. This process can take several hours to several days, as we are entirely volunteer based. There are times we get multiple applicants for a dog. In those instances, we contact people in the order applications are received. We will do our best to notify you if this occurs.
