Anna is a delightful 1- 2-year-old shepherd mix weighing about 36 pounds (just the perfect medium size!) Anna came to us with two other small dogs from a horrific situation where she had been starved and neglected. Along with that, she was Heartworm positive. <br/>Since being with us she has undergone heartworm treatment, was spayed, etc. and is a happy, easygoing girl who loves to play but is just as content cuddling on the couch and relaxing with her people.<br/>She is house trained, rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Shes not destructive and doesnt have bad habits around the house, making her an easy companion to have around.<br/>Anna came to us from a heartbreaking situation where she was nearly starved to death and little more than skin and bones. Since then, shes lovingly nursed back to health and has absolutely blossomed into a sweet, affectionate, and grateful dog!
