Anjeria's Story

Meet Anjeria!

A stunning cattle dog mix with the softest eyes and the sweetest soul. Born around 09/01/23 and weighing 39lbs, she’s the perfect blend of playful energy and gentle affection.

Anjeria is a dream on leash, easy, focused, and happy just to be trotting by your side. She’s fully housetrained, loves being with her people, and has a joyful, curious spirit that makes every day with her feel a little brighter.

This girl is a treat enthusiast in the truest sense. She LOVES snacks — all snacks — and will happily accept anything you offer. Because she gets very excited about her goodies, she’d do best with kids 5+ who can give treats open handed or toss them gently to the ground. She is open to having doggie friends, and seems to prefer a more low energy companion. She is a cattle dog and most of them have herding tendencies so we're not sure how well she'd do with cats but could possibly be okay with a slow introduction!

When it’s time to play, Anjeria is all in. Toys, tug, wrestling, she’s a fan of it all. And when she’s not playing, she’s sniffing every interesting scent she can find. She’s curious, engaged, and just an all around sweetheart.

Anjeria came in with a litter of pups, but now it’s her turn. She’s ready to find her own happy ending, a family who will adore her, laugh with her, and give her the love she’s been waiting for.

**In Order to adopt an unspayed/unneutered dog from HSMC, You must live within an hour of the shelter.
