Anita's Story
Anita, Female, 3 years old

Meet Anita!
This 3 year old beautiful gal is a sweet, timid soul. Anita seeks a quiet, home in which she is loved and spoiled! She’s gaining confidence each day and really has blossomed! Dalmatians need a low purine/high protein diet with adequate water. They are often called “Velcro” dogs as they thrive with human interactions. Daily mental and physical stimulation is a must, as well as couch cuddles. With Anita’s timid nature, older children would be best. Dreaming of the most wonderful home for Anita!! She weighs 42 pounds.

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.

If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.

Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
