ANGUS's Story

Meet ANGUS! He is an 2.5-year-old (DOB 8/10/2023), 66#, German Shepherd Dog / Husky mixed boy who is a total sweetheart!

***GSD / HUSKY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. PREY DRIVE = NO CATS***

Angus is a sweet boy who is loving and friendly! He has a happy disposition, and quickly became a Volunteer favorite! He is strong on leash walks, and enjoys the trail/creek scenery. He is smart, a fast learner, and wants to please. Angus loves his toys, yard play and car rides where he calls shotgun! He is curious, loyal, and would be great on an adventure! He keeps a tidy kennel, is completely housebroken, and enjoys lounging on his raised bed, or in the shady grass of our play yards. He is a big talker, and man does he sing!

Angus is a great companion and family dog whose best fit would be an active outdoorsy family. He likes children, however we recommend 13+ kids who are kind and dog savvy due to his exhuberant level of acitivity! Angus is dog social, and loves to go to the dog park. Due to a strong prey drive cats are a no go for this guy. A secure fenced yard is required to keep him safe and happy!

If you have any other questions, email is the best method of communication.
