Angel's Story
Angel is the tiny boss with a big personality!

Born on February 11, 2026, as part of our Little Valentines litter, Angel is a Chihuahua mix who is already convinced she’s running the show. She’s the ringleader of her siblings—fearless, curious, and always the first to start a game. If there’s fun to be had, Angel is in charge of it. But once she’s done supervising playtime, she’s all about the snuggles and will happily curl up for a deep puppy nap right in your arms.

Like all young puppies, Angel is still learning about the world. She will need a family committed to helping her grow into a well-mannered adult through patience, consistency, and positive training. Housebreaking, crate training, and basic manners are all part of her journey, along with plenty of socialization to new people, places, and experiences. Expect normal puppy behaviors like chewing, nipping, zoomies, and lots of playtime—she’ll need appropriate toys, structure, and guidance to channel all that energy.

As a Chihuahua mix, Angel is likely to be a loyal, people-oriented companion who thrives on attention and closeness with her family. Small breeds can sometimes develop “big dog” attitudes, so early training and boundaries will help her grow into a confident but polite little lady. She may prefer being close to her people, enjoy cozy spots, and will benefit from gentle handling and continued exposure to the world around her.

Angel will be ready to go home on or after April 8, at 8 weeks old. She’s looking for a family who will embrace her spunky spirit, keep up with her playful energy, and give her all the love (and structure) she needs to shine.

If you’re ready for a tiny pup with a big presence and an even bigger heart, Angel just might be your girl.

Adoption application is available on our website: www.puppypawsrescue.org

Please note:

Pup cannot be left alone for more than "3” hours at a time. This is necessary for comfort breaks and much needed socialization for a pup this age.

For young puppies that leave unaltered:
A refundable $100 spay/neuter deposit for adopters with established spay/neuter history is required.
A refundable $200 spay/neuter deposit for adopters without spay/neuter history is required.
