Angel's Story
Meet Angel!

She is estimated to be about 4-5yrs old.

This beautiful girl is looking for a new forever home! She is medium sized, and only about 35lbs.

Angel is apart of a hoarding case we recently took on where there were 30 Husky mixes living in one home in Holland Michigan. Unfortunately the owner passed away, and prior to his passing he suffered from some physical and mental health issues that made it difficult for him to pick up after so many dogs and he struggled to give them away when they were puppies as he didn’t want to separate the moms from their babies. Angels former owner truly loved all of the dogs in his care, and they all loved him. To our surprise, Angel is one of the only dogs from the home that was fixed, and after some further investigation and calls to vet offices in the area we were told that her original name was “Angel”, so this is a name that she has always had, and we think it suits her :)

These pups are not your typical “Hoarding” case dogs. They are all very sweet, well mannered and well behaved, they are crate trained (Angel should have a sturdy plastic crate vs a metal wire crate), they know some basic commands, and they understand the concept of potty training! (Although we never guarantee that a pup will not have accidents going into a new environment)

We are recommending a securely fenced in yard for Angels new home, or a family that understands that she may never be trusted off leash.

Angel is fixed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm negative and started on preventatives!

She is good with other dogs (we would recommend a home with docile male dogs). However, we do not believe she is good with cats (she would likely chase them) and she is one of the more skittish/nervous dogs from the home so we do not think she would enjoy the presence of wild young Kids but Older kids should be totally fine! She does take a few minutes to warm up to strangers, but after she warms up she will become your best friend and immediately try to crawl into your lap to give you kisses! We are hoping to find her a low commotion, quiet home, with maybe a few doggie friends.

***This pets adoption fee has been sponsored, meaning there is no cost to adopt them from us!***

To inquire about adopting this very sweet girl, please email us or follow the prompts through petfinder to fill out an application
