Angel Pit Bull Terrier & American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Suffern, NY

Meet Angel! We found Angel on the streets of South Houston. A couple of our rescue volunteers noticed a small puppy near an abandoned building. Once they started to approach the puppy, Angel appeared! Upon further inspection, Angel had 3 puppies of her own recently in that abandoned building. She had also taken in the puppy as her own, even though it was clear he was not hers. We don't know if he was orphaned or abandoned, but Angel took care of him as if he was her own. Fast forward to that little guy being adopted by the same volunteers that found him and all 3 of Angel's babies being adopted. So, now Angel is an empty nester and wants to find a forever family all her own.

Angel is a sweet lovebug. She prefers the quiet life. She can be a little timid in new or loud places and prefers slow introductions. But she is very sweet. She was such a good mom, both to her own babies and her "adopted" boy. She deserves to have a great life of her own. She is probably around 2 years old and weighs about 55 lbs. Some nice, leisurely long walks would be wonderful for Angel. Angel is also a pretty chill gal as you can see from her pictures...she doesn't mind her foster mom dressing her up (at least she gets to be a beautiful butterfly!) and taking her out in the wagon!
