Andy's Story

Andy was found as a stray wandering near a neighborhood. Someone contacted us and asked for help to prevent taking Andy to the shelter. One of our volunteers picked him up, and now he’s in a foster home. He has been in our care for a month, and has now completed his veterinary care. We hope someone will give Andy the forever home he deserves.

Andy is happy to be your friendly shadow. He wants to be wherever you are and happily wags his tail for pets. He will gladly spend the days snuggling or just hanging out with you. He likes to go for walks, but he doesn’t need a lot of exercise. Andy has done great with every dog he has met. He is also great with children.

We think Andy is a Weimaraner, and he is about 2 years old. He weighs 74 pounds.

Andy is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also heartworm negative, microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Andy can arrive in Pennsylvania on 1/4.
