Andy originally came into the shelter as a very young puppy. At the time we thought the litter was about 5 weeks old. He was adopted and unfortunately after just over a year, the adopter's work schedule has changed and he no longer has the time to dedicate to Andy. He made the very hard decision to surrender Andy back to the shelter.<br/><br/>Andy's owner says he is good with children, cats, and dogs.
