Ana Banana's Story

Ana Banana is approx 13 months old Husky/Shepherd/Lab type mix, spayed, and social beyond belief.

This gal loves everyone and everything and learns super fast and was just a total hidden gem at the Chula Vista shelter for six months until her angels at
Thrive Animal Rescue pulled her and gave her the “college scholarship” she craved with us here at H2K9.

She loves toys, playing with friends, learning new tricks, and going for walks/hikes/adventures of any sort. Ana is good in the car, quiet and sweet, and loves to meet kids. In her foster home with us, she has mastered crate training, walks beautifully on a leash, and is a perfect citizen when we walk to Starbucks for pup-cups.

Ana is about halfway through our remote collar on and off-leash training program where she is learning to wait at doorways, be respectful of resources, come when called, and place (down/stay) while she watches life go on around her.

The first step to inquiring about Ana Banana is submitting an adoption application through www.hope2k9.com. Once we’ve received your application, you will be connected with a team member to discuss the next steps.

Ana’s adoption fee is $1200 due to her being fully vetted, spayed, professionally trained, and lifetime behavior support. All adoptions involve two 90-minute Go Home training sessions at one of our trainer’s locations before your dog goes home with you. We send preparation materials regarding the command language, tools, and expectations for training maintenance in your home.
