Ana's Story
Say hello to Ana! Ana is a female Chihuahua mix, born on Sept. 28th, 2025. She is currently adoptable through Chi Town Rescue in Phx., Az. Ana, her sibling and her mama have an interesting story of how they got to the rescue. Mama and pups were actually taken in by a homeless man who knew they were in a bad situation. The homeless man got in touch with a local TNR cat group who reached out to us at Chi Town, and fortunately we had space to help mama Sparkles and her two puppies. Ana is classic puppy- full of life, love, and mischief! Ana loves to zoom and play and is super friendly with people and other dogs. She is learning all about toys, play-time and cuddle-time!

Remember that while puppies are cute, they are also work! Please make sure you are ready for the commitment of adopting a young dog. Puppies become adult dogs and are meant to be loved for their whole life, not just until they grow up. Puppies will need lots of patience to help them learn their best doggy manners, leash-training, and house-training.

Ana's adoption fee is $475 and includes vaccinations, microchip, and eventual spay surgery at the PAWS clinic on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix. Per our vet, we do not alter puppies until around five months, which helps with hormone development and bone growth. Adopters will sign a contract that you will bring Ana to the PAWS clinic for spay surgery, sometime in February or March 2026. Email us at chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment!
