Amy's Story
AMY
DOB: 01.15.2022*

Amy was abandoned by a neighbor of a Paw Printz volunteer when the neighbor suddenly left in the middle of the night. Amy and her puppy (who has been adopted) were left to fend for themselves. She is still a little frightened by people she doesn't know and tends to peek at new people from behind her foster Mom's legs.

Even so, Amy is very sweet and has beautiful soulful eyes. She lives to cuddle with her foster Mom and will lay next her on the sofa. If her hand drops off her, Amy has no problem pushing her nose under her foster Mom's hand to get the petting started again. She wants nothing more than to be close to someone she can trust and who will love her forever.

She is smart and understands what she is told ... to a point. It is unlikely she would understand, 'Go make coffee', but 'come', 'sit', 'leave it', 'kennel', 'be nice' (as some overly excited big dogs tend to frighten her at first) she has down.

Paw Printz vet believes her to be about 1.5 to 2 years old and the vet has given her a clean bill of health. She is spay, microchipped, current on vaccinations, house trained and crate trained.

If you think you can provide Amy with the loving home she deserves, please send an email to PawPrintzRescue@gmail.com and request an application.

Adoption Fee: $200.00
Adoption Requirements: Application, Interview, Homecheck.

*Age is always a guess with rescue dogs but here at Paw Printz we believe everyone should have a birth day so when the vet guesses at their age, we work out what would be a good birthday for each dog and make it so!
