A caring family took her in, gave her a safe place to have her puppies, and reached out to Friends of Human Services of Tijuana for help. Together, we made sure Amelia and her siblings received the care they needed. A few months later, the puppies faced an unexpected medical emergency and became critically ill. Thanks to prompt veterinary care, they all made a full recovery and are now safe in a loving foster home. Amelias mom has since been spayed and adopted by the wonderful family who first rescued her. Now its Amelias turn to find a forever home where she can continue to grow, play, and be loved. She is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and ready to join a family of her own.
