Amanda's Story
We rarely name animals "Amanda" but Amanda the shepherd has truly earned it. She was relinquished to animal control with 3rd degree burns on her back, which she suffered while nursing her 8 puppies. Yes, 8 puppies. Amanda has been the best mom, and now that all of her babies found their own homes, Amanda is ready for a furever home of her own! This girl is one-in-a-million and she has been nothing but wonderful with us despite her terrible ordeal. Her healing has completed, her basic training has started, so all she really needs now is you! Amanda is 3 yrs old, very affectionate, great with other dogs and is just an amazing girl. Interested in Amanda? Call 310-278-2935 to speak with one of our adoption coordinators.
