Amanda's Story
Spritely, happy Amanda is ready for a forever home! She has typical puppy energy for play, but then settles in for championship-level snuggling! And look at those big, beautiful eyes--they're irresistible. Amanda was an orphan puppy in a high-kill shelter but journeyed to eastern Iowa to find a happy home and gentle care. She does really well in her crate over night, too, giving her family a good night's sleep. She loves playing tug with toys and the resident rat terrier mix in her foster home. Special needs? Only that she needs a chicken-based food to avoid an allergy to beef. We recommend Rachel Ray chicken and rice flavored kibble: it's as easy as that!
