Almond's Story

Hello there, Im Almond, about two years young and cant wait to meet you! I really like foster life so far—even if it took me a little bit to come out of my shell. When I first arrived, I was pretty quiet and mostly hung back just watching the other dogs, but after a couple of months, I realized how much fun playing with my big doggy foster siblings is! I'm getting great at learning my play boundaries, too.
I'm a medium-energy guy: I love to romp around with friends, go on great walks, and then lounge hard on the couch. My absolute favorite things include chewing on Benebones, soaking up the sunshine, and being your ultimate professional cuddler once it's nap time.
Just a heads up, I am not a fan of crates—they give me major anxiety! Luckily, I'm a very good boy who doesn't chew things up, so my foster mom fully trusts me to free-roam the house unsupervised while she's away. I'm used to using a dog door to do my business, so if you don't have one or live in an apartment, we'll just have to learn each other's potty signals together. I'm good with everyone, walk great on a leash, and I'm ready to find my forever family!

**apply to adopt me on www.strongpawsrescue.org**
Im
