Meet Alma!<br/>Alma came into the shelter on August 19th as a stray.<br/>Alma came to us knowing that she loves all people. She is as inviting as a cold pillow on a summer afternoon and sweeter than the ice cream cone you have after dinner. So far, she has been nice to other dogs, and we plan to introduce her to a play group soon. She walks well on a leash but can sometimes pull a little due to the excitement that is “going on walkies”.<br/>Even though Alma hasn’t been with us for long, she is a very patient girl when waiting her turn to go in the yard and hardly ever has an accident in her kennel. She does not know many tricks, besides the ability to steal your heart, but she does try her best to show you that she is the best girl. Our staff says that they love how Alma is a girl who would never say no to your affections and how she wags her tail with her whole body. Also, the happier she is to see you, the larger her eyes get because she just can’t contain her excitement!
